Last night on AI, it was all about the up-beat, America loving songs of Neil Diamond –I’m not ashamed to say I was actually looking forward to this!

David Cook was my favorite night with both his songs. Noone else took the task of making the song their own, and something you could actually hear on the radio right now.

Brooke White….ugh, this hurts me to say cause I like the girl, but the first song was painful –I couldn’t even look at her while she was performing, flashes of Shrek kept dangling in my head. But her second song was a LOT better

Jason Castro is just going through the motions, can’t you tell? His demeanor, his lackluster vocals, it’s just the same. I’m not saying he was horrible, but he’s not progressing either. He’s just…there.

David A. You fill this one in, I’m tired of talking about him.

Syesha has a great voice no doubt, but I feel like I heard it before. She gave two “good” performances, but not memorable.
